How do I find my property? The address search isn’t working using the “House #” box.
Try entering less information into the box. For instance, instead of putting in “14955 Galaxie Ave, Apple Valley, MN”, try putting in just “14955” or “14955 Galaxie” into the search box. This may produce a list of multiple candidates, from which you may select the one you are seeking.

I receive a “No Parcels Found” error when I type in an address, what’s wrong?
Please double check your address, and enter in only the house number. If you still receive the error, try refreshing the site by pressing Ctrl+F5.

Where do I find value and tax information for a particular property?
Tax and value information can be found on the “Tax Info” tab on the information window after clicking on a property in the map area.

How can I see where there have been recent sales?

Where can I get lot dimensions?
Lot dimensions are only available zoomed in past the “Street” level on the slider bar located near the upper-left corner of the map. Once they show up they can be printed on a map using the “Print” button.

How do I print the map?
To print a map, click on the “Print” button above the map. Enter a title, select a map layout then click on the “Export to PDF” button. The resulting PDF file can be printed or downloaded/saved.

How do I copy the map and paste it into another document?
Simply copying and pasting the image in the browser window may not produce expected results. However, typical operating systems provide several options for this capability (e.g. Alt-PrintScreen and Snipping Tool in Windows, Grab utility on Mac OS). Refer to documentation on your particular operating environment for more information. Additionally, multiple commercial applications are available to address this. Also, please check the online help for help on “printing” or check the new “Property Card” feature. The property card is pre-formatted 8.5” x 11” page showing a picture of the property and all associated property information that is available. The property card is in a PDF format and can be printed or saved.
