Subdivision Plats

A subdivision plat is a map of a subdivision of land into lots and blocks, and is the product of a process that simplifies legal property descriptions and dedicates lands for public use. Subdivisions plats are prepared by a licensed land surveyor in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 505.
